Anatomy of Forgiveness

Twenty years after the genocide in Rwanda, the perpetrators and their victims are again living in relative peace. With this project, Lana Mesić gives them a possibility to tell their story. She approached couples and asked them to recreate the moments of forgiveness. Survivor and aggressor face-to-face, hold hands, kiss or fall. How much have they forgiven? How much have they forgiven themselves? Lana Mesić tenderly investigates the multiple faces of forgiveness.
