Verwundbar / Vulnérable
Klaus Petrus
Testimonies of lives pushed to the margins: people excluded, exploited, displaced or shamed. Voices rarely heard, presences barely seen, lives kept at a distance. Klaus Petrus focuses on these fragile realities and on those who bend, resist and assert themselves despite structural pressures. Through a sensitive documentary approach, he reveals social conditions often ignored and restores individual voices without reducing them to categories. His images and reports form an archive of the present, marked by injustice but also by dignity, solidarity and persistence—showing how vulnerability can coexist with strength and agency.
