In “Eukalyptus & Vegas,” two photographers bring together two different projects on identity. For Michal Florence Schorro, “Eukalyptus” refers to the search for her roots and for her “Heimat”: an ever-changing place from which she gathers objects, landscapes, and the distinctive gestures that come to the surface. For Prune Simon-Vermot, the word “Vegas” recalls her newly discovered Spanish origins, and drives her to investigate herself and the culture of her new country.
