A page from a magazine is repeatedly folded and unfolded; the image begins to disappear from view as the ink gets on the hands, which alternately hide and reveal the vanishing image. The transfer of ink dissolves the idealized faces and bodies shown in these advertising images, reducing them to dust and imprinting them on the fingers, while the sheet of paper itself turns into skin, into organic tissue.
